These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of products and services provided by Amoroso.Tech (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services owned and operated by Amoroso.Tech, including but not limited to: subscription-based SaaS applications, one-time purchase software, micro-SaaS products, web applications, mobile applications, and consulting services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3. AI Services and Usage

Some of our Services utilize third-party Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies. By using AI-enabled Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Accuracy: AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of any output before relying on it.
• No Professional Advice: Outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.
• Third-Party Policies: You must comply with the usage policies of our underlying AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, OpenRouter).

4. User Responsibilities and Restrictions

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or offensive content.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the underlying AI models.
• Input highly sensitive personal information (Social Security numbers, health records, financial account numbers) into AI prompts unless the specific Service is explicitly designed for such data.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers.

5. Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the content and data you provide to the Services.
• AI Outputs: To the extent permitted by law, you own the output data generated specifically for you, subject to these Terms and the terms of our third-party AI providers.
• Our Property: All software, design, trademarks, and branding of the Services are the exclusive property of Amoroso.Tech.

6. Billing and Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.

• No Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription through the customer portal or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AMOROSO.TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Any AI-generated content or its accuracy.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Service interruptions or downtime.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Amoroso.Tech from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is harmful to the Services or our providers.

11. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Texas, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
